When you have an agent interested in joining the JMG platform, please submit them via the support center, this ensures every referral is tracked and credited appropriately on the corporate level. By utilizing this process, you create a paper trail with you as the referring agent for JMG Plus overrides.

The JMG Plus form can be accessed on the Support Center, Please refer over an agent once you've had a thorough conversation on the JMG platform and the agent is open to having a conversation about joining the brokerage.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I have to pay a signup fee or subscription fee?
You will pay your signup fee and subscription fee when your referred agent closes their first transaction. The payment is deducted from the agent's commission, from which you also receive your override, so there are no out-of-pocket costs.
When will my subscription fee renew?
Your subscription fee will renew yearly on the anniversary of the initial payment, which occurs after your first referred agent closes a transaction. The renewal fee is collected from the next transaction in the JMG Plus pipeline.
Who do I pay signup fees for?
Signup fees apply only to the agents you refer—whether an individual agent, team, or broker owner. These fees are one-time payments and do not renew.
Who do I contact for questions about my referrals?

What happens if I leave JMG? Will I still receive my JMG Plus compensation?
If you leave JMG, you forfeit your JMG Plus compensation plan and any future payouts.
What happens if my referral isn’t ready to join JMG yet?
If your referral isn’t ready to transition to JMG immediately, our team will nurture the lead. When they’re ready to join, we’ll ensure their record is linked to your JMG Plus profile.
What happens if two agents refer the same person?
We always honor the originating source of the referral. If two agents refer the same individual, JMG Plus compensation is awarded to the agent who made the initial referral.

Typically, these fees are collected on their first transaction, allowing you to start earning overrides from their second file onward.
