Instead, the broker owner has 5+ experienced agents join the JMG platform and they simply manage them, helping them create a new stream of income that they wouldn't have otherwise.
If you bring on a Broker Owner to this model, you'll receive a 2.5% override on any company-gen business that that Broker Owner's team at JMG closes.
