How Do You Submit a Referral?

When you have an agent interested in joining the JMG platform, please submit them via the support center, this ensures every referral is tracked and credited appropriately on the corporate level. By utilizing this process, you create a paper trail with you as the referring agent for JMG Plus overrides.

We encourage agents to refer individuals who are not only a great fit for JMG but who are also ready to explore the opportunities we provide. Before submitting a referral:

Some are new areas of growth, while others are existing markets where additional agents are required to meet demand.

A Step by step overview

The Recruiting Timeline

Recruiting an agent is simple and rewarding. Here's an overview of what happens at each step:

Step 1: Submit a Referral through JMG Plus

The journey begins when you refer an agent through the Support Center. This is a simple process where you provide the agent’s contact information along with some basic details about them. This information is crucial as it allows our team to start the process of introducing JMG and understanding the referred agent’s needs.

Once submitted, our team immediately sends a text message to the agent, letting them know that you’ve referred them and sharing some initial information about JMG. At the same time, we start a series of outreach efforts to book a 15-minute Discovery Call with the agent. This ensures that we connect with them quickly and begin the conversation about joining JMG.

Key Points:

1. Submit the referral in the RMS with the agent's contact details.

2. A three-way text is sent to the agent to introduce JMG and acknowledge your referral.

3. Our team reaches out to schedule a Discovery Call with the agent.

Step 2: Discovery Call with Corporate Leader in local area

Once the referral is submitted, the referred agent will participate in a Discovery Call with one of our Corporate Leaders. During this call, they will discuss the CORE aspects of JMG, including what makes our platform unique and how we support agents in their success.

The Corporate Leader also uses this opportunity to assess the agent’s qualifications and readiness to move forward. If the agent is not quite ready, they are placed in a nurture campaign, where we maintain regular contact and follow up based on their readiness or a timeline they request.

1. The Corporate Leader highlights JMG’s CORE aspects and unique value proposition.

2. The agent’s qualifications and readiness are evaluated.

3. Agents not ready to proceed are added to a nurturing campaign for follow-up.

Step 3: Contracts Sent

Once the Corperate Leader confirms the agent is a good fit, they notify the corporate office to send the agent their onboarding documents. These documents outline everything the agent needs to join JMG officially.

If the agent has any questions about the onboarding documents, those are directed back to the RVP for clarification. This ensures all concerns are addressed promptly, allowing the agent to move forward with confidence.

Key Points:

- Onboarding documents are sent after the Corporate Leader confirms the agent is a good fit.

- Any questions about the documents are directed to the Corporate for resolution.

- Signing the documents moves the agent to the onboarding process.

Step 4: Contracts Signed & Team Onboarding Begins

After the agent signs their onboarding documents, they officially join JMG and move into the onboarding process. This includes:

- Paying the $395 signup fee.

- Starting the JMG CORE digital training program, which equips them with all the tools and knowledge needed to thrive as a JMG agent.

Once the agent completes the CORE training, they are ready to begin receiving referrals, which typically starts within 30 days of completing onboarding. This is when the agent truly starts their journey as part of JMG’s platform, with access to tools, resources, and a supportive network to ensure success.
