When you refer an agent to JMG, you’re not just introducing someone to the nation’s #1 referral brokerage—you’re helping them unlock a world of opportunity while earning rewards for yourself. Once your referral is submitted, our team takes over, ensuring a smooth and efficient process that prioritizes the agent’s experience and sets them up for success within JMG.
From the moment the referral is made, we provide clear communication, including a three-way text introduction, Discovery Call, and tailored onboarding steps. By supporting your referral every step of the way, we ensure they are fully equipped to thrive within JMG, and you benefit from their success.
The journey begins when you refer an agent through the Pro App. This is a simple process where you provide the agent’s contact information along with some basic details about them. This information is crucial as it allows our team to start the process of introducing JMG and understanding the referred agent’s needs.
Once submitted, our team immediately sends a three-way text message to the agent, letting them know that you’ve referred them and sharing some initial information about JMG. At the same time, we start a series of outreach efforts to book a 15-minute Discovery Call with the agent. This ensures that we connect with them quickly and begin the conversation about joining JMG.

Once the referral is submitted, the referred agent will participate in a Discovery Call with one of our recruiting representatives, known as Agent Success Managers (ASM). During this call, the ASM discusses the CORE aspects of JMG, including what makes our platform unique and how we support agents in their success.
The ASM also uses this opportunity to assess the agent’s qualifications and readiness to move forward. If the agent is not quite ready, they are placed in a nurture campaign, where we maintain regular contact and follow up based on their readiness or a timeline they request.

Dues, fees, and commission splits.
How JMG’s platform supports agents in achieving success.
If the agent is a good fit and ready to proceed, the RVP moves them to the next step of the process. For agents who need more time, the RVP places them in a nurture sequence, ensuring follow-up and engagement to keep them moving forward at the right time.

If the agent has any questions about the onboarding documents, those are directed back to the RVP for clarification. This ensures all concerns are addressed promptly, allowing the agent to move forward with confidence.

Once the agent completes the CORE training, they are ready to begin receiving referrals, which typically starts within 30 days of completing onboarding. This is when the agent truly starts their journey as part of JMG’s platform, with access to tools, resources, and a supportive network to ensure success.
