The recruting timeline

Recruiting a broker owner or team leader requires a more strategic approach, as it involves onboarding an entire business. Step 1: Submit a Referral through JMG Plus

The process begins when you submit a referral through the Pro App. Provide the contact information and relevant details about the Broker Owner or Team Leader you are referring. This ensures our team has the context needed to reach out effectively.

Once submitted, we immediately send a three-way text to the Broker Owner or Team Leader, introducing JMG and letting them know about the referral. Our team then begins outreach efforts to schedule an initial Discovery Call with Devin Halverson, SVP of Training and Development.
