At JMG, we require all referrals to be submitted through the JMG Pro app. This ensures every referral is tracked and managed effectively from a corporate level, providing instant communication with your referral. By utilizing this process, we maximize the chance of successfully recruiting the agent and maintaining seamless follow-up.
Steps to Submit a Referral.
Login to the Pro App – Make sure you’re connected to your JMG account.
Go to the Toolbox Tab – Navigate to the tools section within the app.
Tap/Click on JMG Plus – Find the referral submission portal.
Enter Agent Details – Input the contact info, and any relevant notes.
Submit Referral – Complete the process and let JMG handle the next steps!

When do I have to pay a signup fee or subscription fee?
You will pay your signup fee and subscription fee when your referred agent closes their first transaction. The payment is deducted from the agent's commission, from which you also receive your override, so there are no out-of-pocket costs.
When will my subscription fee renew?
Your subscription fee will renew yearly on the anniversary of the initial payment, which occurs after your first referred agent closes a transaction. The renewal fee is collected from the next transaction in the JMG Plus pipeline.
Who do I pay signup fees for?
Signup fees apply only to the agents you refer—whether an individual agent, team, or broker owner. These fees are one-time payments and do not renew.
Who do I contact for questions about my referrals?

What happens if I leave JMG? Will I still receive my JMG Plus compensation?
If you leave JMG, you forfeit your JMG Plus compensation plan and any future payouts.
What happens if my referral isn’t ready to join JMG yet?
If your referral isn’t ready to transition to JMG immediately, our team will nurture the lead. When they’re ready to join, we’ll ensure their record is linked to your JMG Plus profile.
What happens if two agents refer the same person?
We always honor the originating source of the referral. If two agents refer the same individual, JMG Plus compensation is awarded to the agent who made the initial referral.

All fees associated with the program are collected directly from the commissions of the agents, teams, or brokers you refer. This means no direct out-of-pocket costs for you! Typically, these fees are collected on their first transaction, allowing you to start earning overrides from their second file onward.

This one-time fee is applied for each agent, team, or broker you refer to JMG Plus. It ensures seamless onboarding into the program while maintaining the highest standards for recruitment and integration.
